Changes Update: Spring 2026
No Spring Term
Organizational Shift
Farewell
March 2026
Dear Students, Parents and Families,
Due to economic challenges as well as realigning with our original vision, there are changes coming to Epiphany Neighborhood Art Studios that affect you.
We've been working for some time on strategies to continue art classes at the Willoughby location, and we did get much closer to our targets, but they are as of yet out of reach.
What does this mean?
Financially, we've made the difficult decision to close the current business operations. Spring term classes are canceled and will be refunded.
Business to Charitable Nonprofit
However, our passion is still strong to teach drawing and painting, as well as a lot more, like symbolism and beauty in art and their Source.
So we are shifting gears from a business to a charitable non-profit art society. This allows us to give tax receipts to donors, apply for grants, host a donor-based bursary, operate a volunteer ministry, and nurture art-making formed from Inspiration.
When will the closure happen?
The last day the office operates as a business will be March 31st, the end of this month. We apologize for the short notice. Even though spring term will be canceled (and not start on March 30th as previously planned), we want to still continue with summer camps and offer September's new kind of classes by late spring. We'll send the info when we know more.
What will be the location of the art school?
We are still in talks with our current landlord, but we may be switching locations, so that'll be determined soon, and we will let you know. We have been considering some nearby venues. We'll also notify you of any updates about spring as they emerge.
Saying Goodbye?
Many of you are long time students and supporters of the art school and many of you have joined us more recently; either way, we've been privileged and delighted to serve up art lessons and partner with you in such a lovely arts community.
But now, facing unknowns, we've had to let teachers go.
If you and your teacher in this 25/26 year didn't get a chance to say goodbye to each other before we broke for spring break, we are hosting an outdoor farewell in April, to be announced very soon. Please check back here for the date and time, and please come see us then, as we have a little something for you, and your teachers would like to say goodbye.
With sadness to stop classes as they have been, and with hope for more bright days,
Marguerite and the ENAS Team
